Isabel holds a BA in physics and astronomy from Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA and an M.Ed from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. Her experiences in education range from running STEM camps for 5th graders, to teaching physics education courses at the university level. She is passionate about creating physics curriculum and classroom experiences that welcome and encourage students of all identities. In her free time Isabel enjoys being outdoors; hiking, camping, cross country skiing, and spending time with her dog. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and singing.
